Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2  และ 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การสอน และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 จำนวน 320 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดสำรวจรายการและมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่า t–test วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) และเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ตามวิธีการของ LSD (Least Significant Difference)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน 2)ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันเมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การสอนและจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 
        The purpose of this research were : 1)to investigate the leadership of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2 2) to compare means of leadership of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2 as perceived by teachers among Educational Backgrounds, working experiences, school sizes.
         The samples of this study consisted of 302 teachers from schools the office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2, selected by using the table of Krejcie& Morgan, and stratified random sampling.The research instrument was a questionnaire.The statistics used to analyze the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.The hypotheses were tested by independent samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA and   the comparison between each pair of sample was done by LSD method.
        The findings of this research were as follows:
        The leadership of school Administrators under the office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Areas 2, as whole showed that all the leadership were in high level.   
        The comparative analysis between the opinions of teachers about the leadership of school Administrators under the office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Areas 2 divided by level of education showed that there was no significant difference, divided by teaching experience and divided by size of the school were significantly different at the .05 level.
